  • Complete the order form with your pet’s photo and the tiny details that tell their story. Their habits, their favorite toys, a weird sleeping pose... Tell us everything!

  • We begin crafting your one-of-a-kind pet doll. Every detail - from eyes color to tiny fur spots and outfits - is carefully customized to reflect your fur friend’s true soul.

  • We’ll send you the 1st preview photo after 1 month, then you can request changes if needed (up to 3 times). Together we will make it perfect!!

FAQs

How long should I expect to get my doll?

One month after you placed your order, we will email you the first preview image. After that, you
have up to three requests for adjustments if necessary. The processing time will vary based on
your revisions. Maximum of 3 months in total.

International shipping normally takes 2-4 weeks (except unexpected delay). Then you can finally hold your doll!

What if I want to order 2 or more dolls?

Firstly, you fill in the order form with the information of the Ist pet, then add to cart. Do the same with others. After all, you go to the cart and check out.

How can I choose outfit for my doll?

When ordering, you can choose from two options:

- Default outfit (reasonable price): We will choose suitable outfit for them from our pre-made collection based on their gender and characteristic.

- Customized option (far more fun!!): fill in the form with your idea to make a unique outfit for the doll, and if possible, an example photo. We will confirm by email, but don't worry - most ideas, no matter how outrageous, are welcome!

How can I follow the process of my doll?

We will send you these follow-up emails:
1. Confirmation email (1 day after purchase): to confirm the details you sent and ask for more details if neccessary
2. First preview (1 month after purchase): you can give feedback and ask for adjustment
3. Second preview: depend on your change request if any
4. Final finished doll: you will see the final look of your pet doll!
5. Delivery email: once your doll is sent, you will receive notification with tracking number.

What if I'm not satisfied with the customized doll?

We always do our best to meet your expectations and bring all ideas to reality. You have upto 3 rounds of revisions, feel free to share any specific feedback.
If you are still dissatisfied after adjustments, you can cancel order and request refund.
Once the final finished version is approved and shipped, we do not accept any refunds or returns under any circumstances.

Will I have to pay import taxes or customs duties?

All items are shipped from Vietnam. Any import taxes, VAT, or customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery.
