At Lady Meowlie, we strive to create a fun and imaginative experience through our custom pet-inspired dolls. However, to ensure clarity and maintain the quality of our service, please note the following limitations:

1. Artistic Interpretation

Each Lady Meowlie doll is a handcrafted, artistic representation inspired by your pet. While we aim to capture key features and personality traits, the dolls are not exact replicas and may differ in appearance from photographs provided.

Wool has a different texture from real fur, so the look and feel of your pet’s coat may vary due to material limitations.

Smaller pieces may contain fewer fine details because of scale constraints.

2. Color Accuracy

We reference your photos closely when selecting fur and eye colors. However, exact color replication may not be possible due to differences in screen displays and the nature of available materials.

3. Not Intended for Pet or Child Play

Lady Meowlie dolls are not designed to be handled as toys by pets or young children. They are intended as decorative or sentimental keepsakes and should be treated with care.

4. Material Variation

Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in fabric, color tone, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects, but rather part of the uniqueness of each doll.

5. Limited Custom Changes After Production Begins

Once production has started, customization requests cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

6. Respectful Use of Imagery

We reserve the right to decline any image or concept that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or misaligned with the Lady Meowlie brand values of imagination, joy, and kindness.

7. Feedback and Adjustments

We’re happy to make reasonable adjustments based on your feedback when possible. However, all modifications must remain within the limitations of our materials and techniques.
